Easy as 3 4 5...This new poetical form is based on the mathematical tenets of the right triangle -- its sides
are arranged propotionally in the 3:4:5 ratio, among others.
Rules:
- each verse features three lines;
- each line has a different number of syllables: 3, 4, and 5;
- the number of syllables in the title should not exceed the combined number of syllables in the poem;
- there are no rules regarding the number of verses, types of rhymes, and punctuation;
- no restriction on subjects, although happy, sunny themes are encouraged.
